437  Duty to ensure health monitoring is supervised by registered medical practitioner with relevant experience  (1) A person conducting a business or undertaking must ensure that the health monitoring of a worker referred to in regulation 435 is carried out by or under the supervision of a registered medical practitioner with experience in health monitoring. Note: Section 12F of the Act provides that strict liability applies to each physical element of each offence under the Act, unless otherwise stated.
