369  Duty to inform of health monitoring   A person conducting a business or undertaking who is required to provide health monitoring to a worker must give information about the health monitoring requirements to:  (a) a person who is likely to be engaged to carry out work using, handling, generating or storing a hazardous chemical; and  (b) a worker for the business or undertaking, before the worker commences work using, handling, generating or storing a hazardous chemical. Note: Section 12F of the Act provides that strict liability applies to each physical element of each offence under the Act, unless otherwise stated. The reference in section 12F of the Act includes these Regulations.
