314  Further health and safety duties—specific regulations   The principal contractor for a construction project must put in place arrangements for ensuring compliance at the workplace with the following:  (a) Division 2 of Part 3.2;  (b) Division 3 of Part 3.2;  (c) Division 4 of Part 3.2;  (d) Division 5 of Part 3.2;  (e) Division 7 of Part 3.2;  (f) Division 8 of Part 3.2;  (g) Division 9 of Part 3.2;  (h) Division 10 of Part 3.2;  (i) Part 4.4. Note 1: All persons conducting a business or undertaking at the construction project workplace have these same duties (see Part 3.2 of these Regulations and section 19 of the Act). Section 16 of the Act provides for situations in which more than one person has the same duty. Note 2: Section 12F of the Act provides that strict liability applies to each physical element of each offence under the Act, unless otherwise stated. The reference in section 12F of the Act includes these Regulations.
