287 Registration holder to return registration document A registration holder must return the registration document to the regulator for amendment at the written request of the regulator within the time specified in the request. Note: Section 12F of the Act provides that strict liability applies to each physical element of each offence under the Act, unless otherwise stated. The reference in section 12F of the Act includes these Regulations.
