274  Registration document  (1) If the regulator registers an item of plant, the regulator must issue to the applicant within 14 days a registration document in the form determined by the regulator.  (2) The registration document must include the following:  (a) the name of the registration holder;  (b) if the registration holder conducts the business or undertaking under a business name—that business name;  (c) the registration number for the item of plant; and  (d) any conditions imposed on the registration by the regulator;  (e) the date that the plant was first commissioned or first registered, whichever occurred first; and  (f) the date on which the registration was granted;  (g) the expiry date of the registration.
