251  Design verification statement   The design verification statement must:  (a) be written and signed by a person who is eligible to be a design verifier for the design; and  (b) state that the design was produced in accordance with published technical standards or engineering principles specified in the statement; and  (c) include:  (i) the name, business address and qualifications (if applicable) of the design verifier; and  (ii) if applicable, the name and business address of the organisation for which the design verifier works.
