192  Warning devices  (1) This regulation applies if the design of plant includes an emergency warning device or it is necessary to include an emergency warning device to minimise risk.  (2) The designer of the plant must ensure that the design provides for the device to be positioned on the plant to ensure the device will work to best effect. Note: Section 12F of the Act provides that strict liability applies to each physical element of each offence under the Act, unless otherwise stated.
