167  Purpose of Part 4.8   The purpose of this Part is to impose duties on a person conducting a business or undertaking at a workplace to ensure:  (a) the fitness and competence of persons who carry out general diving work and high risk diving work; and  (b) the health and safety of persons who carry out general diving work and high risk diving work; and  (c) the health and safety of other persons at workplaces where general diving work or high risk diving work is carried out.
