156 De‑energised equipment must not be inadvertently re‑energised A person conducting a business or undertaking must ensure that electrical equipment that has been de‑energised to allow electrical work to be carried out on it is not inadvertently re‑energised while the work is being carried out. Note: Section 12F of the Act provides that strict liability applies to each physical element of each offence under the Act, unless otherwise stated. The reference in section 12F of the Act includes these Regulations.
