151  Untested electrical equipment not to be used   A person conducting a business or undertaking must ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, that electrical equipment is not used if the equipment:  (a) is required to be tested under regulation 150; and  (b) has not been tested. Note: Section 12F of the Act provides that strict liability applies to each physical element of each offence under the Act, unless otherwise stated.
