702C Signature not required for licences in digital form—the Act, Sch 3, cl 7(1)

(1) A provision in this regulation requiring a licence to contain a signature does not apply to the digital form of the licence.

(2) In this section—

licence has the same meaning as in the Licensing and Registration (Uniform Procedures) Act 2002, Part 4B.
