62 Confined spaces to which this part applies
62 Confined spaces to which this part applies
(1) This part applies to confined spaces that—
(a) are entered by a person, or
(b) are intended or likely to be entered by a person, or
(c) could be entered inadvertently by a person.
(2) In this part, a reference to a confined space in relation to a person conducting a business or undertaking is a reference to a confined space that is under the person’s management or control.
