588 Changes to information

588 Changes to information

(1) The operator of a licensed major hazard facility must give the regulator written notice of a change to a material particular in information given at any time by the operator to the regulator in relation to the licence within 14 days after the operator becomes aware of the change.

Maximum penalty—

(a) for an individual—15 penalty units, or

(b) for a body corporate—75 penalty units.

Example—

a change to the quantity of the hazardous chemicals present or likely to be present at the facility

(2) Subsection (1) applies whether the information was given in the application for grant or renewal of the licence or in another circumstance.
