570 Safety case—review

The operator of a licensed major hazard facility must review and, as necessary, revise the safety case after a review is conducted under section 569.

Maximum penalty—

(a) for an individual—43 penalty units, or

(b) for a body corporate—217 penalty units.

Note—

The operator of a licensed major hazard facility is required to notify the regulator of a change in relation to certain information about the licence—see section 588.
