565 Safety assessment

The operator of a licensed major hazard facility must keep a copy of the safety assessment documented under section 555 as revised under Part 9.3 and this part at the facility.

Maximum penalty—

(a) for an individual—73 penalty units, or

(b) for a body corporate—364 penalty units.
