544A Conditions on determination—payment of relevant fee

544A Conditions on determination—payment of relevant fee

(1) It is a condition on a determination made under section 541 or 542 that the operator of the determined major hazard facility must pay the relevant fee within 28 days after receiving notice of the fee from the regulator.

(2) It is a condition of a determination made under section 541 or 542 that the operator of the determined major hazard facility must, within 28 days after receiving notice from the regulator, pay the relevant fee for the following—

(a) amendment of the determination,

(b) other activities reasonably required for administration of the determination under this part.
