529P Information about health monitoring

(1) For section 529L(2), the person conducting a business or undertaking must give the following information about health monitoring—

(a) whether, in the previous 12 months, the person conducting a business or undertaking engaged a person to undertake health monitoring of a worker who the person conducting a business or undertaking directed or allowed to carry out the processing of a CSS that is high risk,

(b) if the person conducting a business or undertaking engaged a person referred to in paragraph (a)—the name and Australian Business Number of the person engaged.

(2) However, the person conducting a business or undertaking is not required to give the information in subsection (1) if the person engaged was the Workers Compensation (Dust Diseases) Authority.
