529O Information about processing of CSS that is high risk

For section 529L(2), the person conducting a business or undertaking must give the following information about the processing of a CSS that is high risk—

(a) the location of the processing,

(b) the date the processing commenced,

(c) whether the processing involves or is associated with the construction of a tunnel,

(d) if the processing involves or is associated with the construction of a tunnel—the project name, if any, for the construction of the tunnel.
