529M Information about workers

(1) For section 529L(2), the person conducting a business or undertaking must give the following information about each worker carrying out the processing of a CSS that is high risk—

(a) name,

(b) date of birth,

(c) phone number,

(d) email address.

(2) However, the person conducting a business or undertaking is not required to give the information in subsection (1) if—

(a) the worker previously carried out the processing of a CSS that is high risk for the person conducting a business or undertaking, and

(b) the person conducting a business or undertaking previously gave the information about the worker in subsection (1) to SafeWork NSW in relation to the previous processing of a CSS that is high risk.
