506 Changes to information
(1) The licence holder of an asbestos removal licence or asbestos assessor licence must give the regulator written notice of a change to a material particular in information given at any time by the licence holder to the regulator in relation to the licence within 14 days after the licence holder becomes aware of the change.
Maximum penalty—
(a) for an individual—15 penalty units, or
(b) for a body corporate—75 penalty units.
(2) Subsection (1) applies whether the information was given in the application for grant or renewal of the licence or in another circumstance.
