358 Protecting hazardous chemicals from damage
358 Protecting hazardous chemicals from damage
A person conducting a business or undertaking at a workplace must ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, that containers of hazardous chemicals and associated pipe work or attachments are protected against damage caused by an impact or excessive loads.
Maximum penalty—
(a) for an individual—73 penalty units, or
(b) for a body corporate—364 penalty units.
