348A Hazardous chemicals information search
(1) A person may apply to the regulator for information kept by the regulator about hazardous chemicals used, handled or stored at a workplace.
(2) An application for information must be—
(a) made in the way required by the regulator, and
(b) accompanied by the relevant fee.
(3) The regulator is authorised to disclose information in response to an application under this section.
