288E Plant registration information search
(1) A person may apply to the regulator for information about items of plant and plant design for which the person is the registration holder.
(2) An application for information must be—
(a) made in the way required by the regulator, and
(b) accompanied by the relevant fee.
(3) The regulator is authorised to disclose information in response to an application under this section.
