258 Conditions of registration
258 Conditions of registration
(1) The regulator may impose the conditions the regulator considers appropriate on the registration of a plant design.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1), the regulator may impose conditions in relation to one or more of the following—
(a) the use and maintenance of plant manufactured to the design,
(b) the recording or keeping of information,
(c) the provision of information to the regulator.
