253 Duty of design verifier

A design verifier of the design of an item of plant specified in Schedule 5, Part 1 must document the design verification process carried out by that person and the results of that process.

Maximum penalty—

(a) for an individual—43 penalty units, or

(b) for a body corporate—217 penalty units.
