232 Duty of persons conducting businesses or undertakings that import plant
An importer must not supply plant specified in Schedule 5, Part 1 unless the design of that plant is registered under Part 5.3.
Maximum penalty—
(a) for an individual—73 penalty units, or
(b) for a body corporate—364 penalty units.
