229 Record of standards or engineering principles used

(1) If the design of plant is required to be registered under Part 5.3, the designer of the plant must record any published technical standard, including a part of a published technical standard, that was used to design the plant.

Maximum penalty—

(a) for an individual—15 penalty units, or

(b) for a body corporate—75 penalty units.

(2) If the designer of the plant has not used published technical standards to design the plant, the designer must record any engineering principles used to design the plant.

(a) for an individual—15 penalty units, or

(b) for a body corporate—75 penalty units.
