198 Information to be obtained and provided by supplier

A supplier of plant must—

(a) take all reasonable steps to obtain the information required to be provided by the manufacturer under the Act, section 23(4)(a) and (c), and this regulation, and

(b) ensure that, when the plant is supplied, the person to whom the plant is supplied is given the information obtained by the supplier under paragraph (a).

Maximum penalty—

(a) for an individual—43 penalty units, or

(b) for a body corporate—217 penalty units.
