184N Requirement for food delivery booking provider to ensure food delivery rider has completed food delivery induction training—the Act, s 44

For the Act, section 44(2)(a), a food delivery booking provider must not direct or allow a food delivery rider to carry out food delivery work for the provider unless the rider has completed food delivery induction training.

Maximum penalty—

(a) for an individual—73 penalty units, or

(b) for a body corporate—364 penalty units.
