152 Application of Division 4

(1) This division does not apply to work carried out—

(a) by or on behalf of an electricity supply authority on the electrical equipment, including electric line-associated equipment, controlled or operated by the authority to generate, transform, transmit or supply electricity, or

(b) by a person accredited to provide a contestable network service, but only while the person is providing the contestable network service or carrying out other work authorised by an electricity supply authority.

(2) In this section—

contestable network service has the same meaning as it has in the Electricity Supply Act 1995, section 31A.
