143ZD Licence holder to return licence document
A licence holder, on receiving a notice under section 143ZB, must return the licence document to the regulator in accordance with the notice.
Maximum penalty—
(a) for an individual—15 penalty units, or
(b) for a body corporate—75 penalty units.
