143Z Matters to be taken into account

(1) In making a decision under section 143Y, the regulator must consider—

(a) submissions made by the licence holder under section 143ZA, and

(b) advice received from a corresponding demolition regulator.

(2) For section 143Y(1)(a) and (b), the regulator must consider all relevant matters concerning the following—

(a) the licence holder,

(b) if the licence holder is a body corporate—each officer of the body corporate,

(c) each individual nominated as a named supervisor for the licence.
