143P Licence holder to return licence document

(1) The holder of a demolition licence that has been amended must, at the written request of the regulator and within the time specified in the request, return the licence document to the regulator for amendment.

Maximum penalty—

(a) for an individual—15 penalty units, or

(b) for a body corporate—75 penalty units.

(2) If a licence document is returned for amendment, the regulator must give the licence holder the amended licence document within 14 days after the licence document is returned.
