143J Changes to information
If there is a change to material information given by a demolition licence holder to the regulator, the licence holder must give the regulator written notice of the change within 14 days of becoming aware of the change.
Maximum penalty—
(a) for an individual—15 penalty units, or
(b) for a body corporate—75 penalty units.
