143F Licence conditions

143F Licence conditions

(1) The regulator may impose conditions the regulator considers appropriate on a demolition licence.

(2) Without limiting subsection (1), the regulator may impose conditions in relation to one or more of the following—

(a) control measures that must be implemented when carrying out work under the licence,

(b) recording or keeping information,

(c) requiring the licence holder, or a named supervisor, to undergo retraining or reassessment during the term of the licence,

(d) giving information to the regulator,

(e) the nature of the work authorised by the licence,

(f) the circumstances in which the work authorised by the licence may be carried out.
