143B Withdrawal of application
143B Withdrawal of application
(1) An applicant is taken to have withdrawn an application if the applicant does not give the regulator the additional information required by the regulator under section 143A(3) within—
(a) 28 days of the date of the regulator’s notice, or
(b) the longer period specified by the regulator by written notice to the applicant.
(2) An applicant may, by written notice to the regulator, withdraw an application.
