143A Application for licence

143A Application for licence

(1) An application must—

(a) be in the form approved by the regulator, and

(b) include the names of one or more individuals nominated as named supervisors for the licence, and

(c) include, or be accompanied by, the information the regulator requires to assess the application.

(2) The application must be accompanied by the relevant fee.

(3) The regulator may, by written notice, require the applicant to give the regulator additional information relevant to the application before making a decision about the application.
