142AA Duty to ensure person undertaking licensed demolition work is licensed

For the Act, section 43(2)(a), a person conducting a business or undertaking who commissions licensed demolition work to be carried out at a workplace must ensure the licensed demolition work is carried out by, or for, a person who has a demolition licence.

Maximum penalty—

(a) for an individual—73 penalty units, or

(b) for a body corporate—364 penalty units.
