831 Application of Chapter 12 to mining operations Chapter 12 applies in relation to mining operations (as defined in section 33(2) of the Work Health and Safety (National Uniform Legislation) Implementation Act 831) as if: (a) the definitions old WHS Act and old WHS Regulations in regulation 710 were replaced by the definitions of those terms in regulation 830(1); and (b) each other reference in Chapter 12 to 1 January 2012 were a reference to 1 March 2012.
