828 Things done for purposes of continued provisions If a provision of this Chapter enables a person to comply with a provision of these Regulations (the new provision) by ensuring that a provision of the old WHS Regulations (the old provision) is complied with, anything done for the purposes of compliance with the old provision is taken to have been done for the purposes of compliance with the new provision.
