824 Continuation of licence for facility with accepted safety report facility if, immediately before 1 January 2012: (a) there was an accepted safety report for the facility; and (b) a DG licence was in force for the facility. (2) On 1 January 2012, the DG licence becomes a major hazard facility licence held by the operator of the converted major hazard facility. (3) The major hazard facility licence remains in force until the date on which the DG licence would have expired. Work Health and Safety (National Uniform Legislation) Regulations 2011 546 (4) The major hazard facility licence is subject to any conditions to which the DG licence was subject immediately before (5) NUL regulation 596(4) does not apply in relation to an application for the renewal of the licence made before 1 January 2014.
