823Determined facilities without accepted safety reports

823 Determined facilities without accepted safety reports facility if, immediately before 1 January 2012, there was not an accepted safety report for the facility. (2) Despite NUL regulation 549(1), the operator of the facility must apply for a major hazard facility licence before 1 January 2015, or any longer period allowed under NUL regulation 549(2). (3) Despite NUL regulation 560, the operator of the facility must provide the regulator with a completed safety case for the facility within the period within which the operator is required to apply for a major hazard facility licence for the facility.
