803 Asbestos removal control plans Until 1 January 2014, an asbestos removalist is not required to comply with NUL regulations 464 and 465 in relation to asbestos removal work that was commissioned before 1 January 2012 if the removalist ensures that, in relation to the work, section 58 of the old WHS Act is complied with as if it had not been repealed.
