796 Significant change of chemicals (1) This Division ceases to apply in relation to a workplace if there is a significant change in the Schedule 11 hazardous chemicals at the (2) There is a significant change in the Schedule 11 hazardous chemicals at a workplace if the type or quantity of Schedule 11 hazardous chemicals being used, handled or stored at the workplace changes in such a way that, had the change occurred before 1 January 2012: (a) a DG licence would have been required to be obtained, or an existing DG would have been required to be amended; or (b) a re-notification would have been required to be provided under clause 45(c)(ii) of NOHSC:1015.
