772 Registration of designs for new classes of plant (1) This regulation applies in relation to the design of an item of plant (a) is of a kind that is required to be registered under NUL Part 5.3, Division 3; but (b) was not required to be registered under old WHS regulation 90. (2) Despite NUL regulation 243, the design is not required to be registered if plant of that design had been manufactured before 1 January 2012 or is first manufactured before 1 January 2014.
