765 Competent person for inspection of amusement devices before 1 January 2012, registered under old WHS regulation 33 as an inspector of designated plant with authority to inspect amusement devices. (2) Until 1 January 2015, the person is taken to be a competent person for the purposes of NUL regulation 241(5)(b).
