735 References to upstream duty provisions (1) A reference in these Regulations to something done or required to be done under a new upstream provision includes a reference to the equivalent thing done or required to be done under the corresponding provision of the old WHS regulations mentioned in this Part. A reference to information required to be provided under section 22 of the Act about plant that was being designed before 1 January 2012 includes a reference to information required to be provided about the plant under sections 56 and 57 of the old WHS Act as continued by section 279 of the Act.

Work Health and Safety (National Uniform Legislation) Regulations 2011 517 new upstream provision means section 22 to 26 of the Act or a provision of these Regulations mentioned in the definition new upstream duties in NUL regulation 730, 731, 732, 733 or 734.
