727 Residual current devices – use of socket outlets in hostile operating environments Until 1 January 2014, a person is not required to comply with NUL regulation 164 in relation to electrical equipment if the person ensures that, in relation to that equipment, old WHS regulation 65 is complied with as if it had not been repealed.
