678 Application for internal review (1) Subject to subregulation (2), an eligible person in relation to a reviewable decision may apply to the regulator for review (an internal review) of the decision within: (a) 28 days after the day on which the decision first came to the eligible person's notice; or (b) any longer time the regulator allows. (2) An eligible person in relation to a reviewable decision under regulation 89(5), 118(5), 256(5), 269(5) or 497(5) may apply to the regulator for review (an internal review) of the decision within: (a) 28 days after the day on which the 120 day period referred to in that provision; or (b) any longer time the regulator allows.
