462 Duty to give information about health risks of licensed asbestos removal work A licensed asbestos removalist must give the following information to a person likely to be engaged to carry out licensed asbestos removal work before the person is engaged to carry out the work: (a) the health risks and health effects associated with exposure to asbestos; Work Health and Safety (National Uniform Legislation) Regulations 2011 357 (b) the need for, and details of, health monitoring of a worker carrying out licensed asbestos removal work.
